Sit comfortably on your chair. Let the voices of the day become part of your past.
Sit there and feel your body start to relax and let the air that comes out of your mouth feel like it is surrounding your body, then close your eyes.
Your every breath becomes a part of you. It touches every part of your body, feeling itself wrapped up over your mouth, your head, shoulders, neck and then Torso. Feel it cross over your pelvis and your legs, then your feet.
Keep feeling the air of your breath move over your skin like a gentle wind surrounding you with love and peacefulness.
Feel the air gently cross over your body whilst you are doing this meditation. Feel the breeze move to the top of your head, then your forehead (3rd Eye), all the way down the middle of your body, covering all the Chakra points right down to your base Chakra, at the base of your spine.
Feel it come down all the way to your earth. Feel the air circulate around your body and feel it lift you up to a point where you feel safe.
Your eyes feel weakened by your silence. Feel your breath move all around you. Feel your whole body become a part of its breath.
Feel the sound of your heartbeat moving around your body, feel the sound vibrate through your arms and then move that vibration down through your legs, and then to your toes.
You are in this room, but comfortable, feeling safe and feeling peaceful. You feel your heartbeat as a gentle rhythm beating at the same pace.
You are back into the room, back here gently feel the floor from where you are sitting, feel each part of the floor of where your feet, legs, then torso and arms reaching right up to the top of your head.
You are feeling better, relaxed and in the room. You feel okay and good about your life. Feeling safe and peaceful with the life choices you are making, who and what you are in your life.
Now slowly open your eyes and the healing has finished.
Then quietly move off your chair or couch.
Thank you and remember there is always an Angel with you.
Take a seat and feel your eyes close, take about three deep breaths and just relax. Making them calm and soothing, feel the gentle breeze of air flow over your skin. Feel yourself drift away as you gently breathe in and out. Feel your arms weak and your shoulders weaken. Feel your torso relax and then your pelvis.
Feel then your legs start to relax and you knees surrender to the force of holding themselves up. Relax and feel your ankles, just relax.
Just keep breathing, slow and steady. Feel your body relax all over and feel the gentleness of your body.
Feel yourself moving through each breath you take. Make sure you relax your breathing so that you do not fall asleep, but in a relaxed state that you are still awake, but just feeling peacefulness. You will know this because all you can feel is your own breathing.
Your eyes are closed and you are an open valley filled with your favourite flower, next to a gently moving stream just moving over the pebbles, you can hear the water move over the rocks.
You’re seeing the sun shine and your favourite bird is in the tree. You look at the water and your eyes take you to a pond where you see a Bright White Swan, sitting gently on the water.
You look again and you realise it is you seeing yourself in the pond, you gently paddling away in the water. You are your favourite Bird and you realise you are also the Beautiful White Swan in the Pond at the end of the stream. You look up, and the waves move closer to you, out of the pond they come and move towards you, gently, coming closer to you. You are not in any pain or hold any fear for the water.
The water stops near your feet, you feel okay, you feel safe and relaxed.
The water touches you and you turn into that Big Beautiful White Swan. That was just another swan in the Pond, looking at you. You see it is okay to look at the Swan, Initially, you thought it may have been you, but really, it wasn’t, until you got closer that you realised it was your love for yourself, kept away at a distance so you only just look onto your life, not connect with your own truth.
My wings are Majestic, they are all the colours of the Rainbow and I feel okay with myself. I feel good about my life and my Wings are always my own love surrounding me.
I see the Swan and I am me again. But I am still the colours of the Rainbow. I feel okay about myself you say, and you gently see the swan leave you, your favourite bird leave you, the stream and pond disappear and your meadow goes. You are standing in your own rainbow.
You say to yourself that you are good with your heart and your pain is just the love that keeps me from beginning my life. So I will leave it and become okay with myself. I do not need to have my love for myself away from me and kept at a distance.
I feel now I am in the room, I feel okay and good about sitting here and that I can hear my own breaths again. I am now breathing gently and feel myself being a part of the surroundings and my own body. I like my life and feel good about it and now I wish to be with myself and love my spirit like the Swan loved me. It was me that Swan, and now I am with myself.
You say, to yourself, I am now here and with my life and then open your eyes. Take a few minutes before you get up and move. Just let your body relax before you move from your seat.

“I wanted to send you a message about hope” He said. “What is it in your life you wish to provide others? Is it hope, fear, love, pain, sorrow, warmth or of duty? What is it in your life that holds you together? Is it the family you keep or the family that keeps you? Is it the way your friends talk with you or the way you engage with your friends?”
I had spent over 30 minutes with him in putting this picture together. He waited until I was done and said to me that He had come to me & wanted to provide me a message about this picture. I told him that I was unsure Michael said. So I have come to you in this picture. An Angel Dancer that sweeps in through the eye of a needle which whispers in flowers I want to come through the Angel Dancer said. So loved & so willing to believe that the planets flowers & tulips would be following me when I visit. I am so sorry my demonstrative self isn’t well enough to move forward. What do I want in myself than what I cannot find in myself that I have to come through from the currents of the earth’s atmospheric plane I want you to know that Earth has a way & means to our voyage &the miles we have come to watch you have not been in vain.
I have looked over the human race & seen you regret your mistakes & feel sorry for your decisions that you have made. Then when you put so much faith in timing & wishing that when it doesn’t come through, your failure to view that the decision was made with the right intentions suddenly comes down to you saying that you failed in your journey to become yourself. You measure yourself on your failures you become what your desires are afraid of. Archangel Michael stated this to me. He says that Angelic Messages are just whispers of the human psyche.
Humans tend to measure their own successes on what others do or say. Even though you may have what you basically want & need that this in itself is not successful because the understanding & opinions of others mean you & what you have is not valued or respected. People place sufficient pressure on each other to perform whether it is as work, at home, in relationships, but what they or Society requires is that you maintain a standard of living that is always wanting more than what it has, a place to travel to & a home you cannot afford.
People’s impact in your life instils a type of a societal DNA that only the very society you live in or one that you wish to aspire to understands.
Much of what & who we are is because of others. Michael says – STOP! Take a break & connect with what is with you & then move forward after you have collected your senses. Do not deliver a message of STOP! He says, but of self-collection & will to move within yourself. Then once you have collected yourself & your senses you can move freely within your choices. Not depending on others to make them for your or to make decisions based on what others do or say. IF you have your collected conscious you have free will not from fear but from resolution & completion. This act results in a higher level of self-awareness & respect for your very being creating a higher sense of self-worth & value.
Many people are not sure of their own sense of clarification. Many are not aware of things in their lives. For example, how does one person fall in love with another? They often do not even know what to do with it. The other may not know what to do with it either. So, this becomes the deadlock. Who will speak of it? If they were friends this could only inflate the problem. Eventually one of you grows up & moves away emotionally and then realises that you were not really in love with that person, just that their DNA was enough to make you move. The message from Archangel Michael is to remember what brought you here? What did you want from yourself & your choices? Are your choices manifested from peacefulness or from pain? He said pain isn’t a feeling that Archangels or Angels know but pains vibration is certainly felt by them. Remember who you are & let yourself be present in your presence. He Who is like God is always with you whether or not you are afraid, just move yourself in your space & not the space of other. It is often one of the things that cause us the greatest conflicts because we lose ourselves in them, rather than keeping our own sense of presence, we become only for them, not for ourselves.

Archtic Moon spells come through from the guides and guardian angels. They are NOT Wiccan in nature and DO NOT require you to do any of the following: eat or drink, place matter or items of any kind around your home, light or burn or anything, place names or cards anywhere, place coins or crystals around the home. There are some spells that require you to perform small tasks but they involve little effort on your part and will not include the purchase of any products. A task may be for example, to go into a room and verbalise the spell.

Angels do not require any tools from nature. Spells by Archtic Moon are based on the invocation of the connection to your guides and guardian angels. Thus the spell actually comes from you. Occasionally, I may receive guidance from my guides and guardian angels but generally, the spells come from your guides and guardian angels. Spells are given to you in word form and are always from white light.
Spells are about you connecting with your guides and guardian angels and letting them know what you are ready for to manifest in your life. It is you letting them know you are listening and ready for a particular change. So, be brave and take a change in your life; it may just create what you are seeking.
Spells are used as a ritual to assist you in periods of your life when you need help. They can assist you in areas such as your finances, your family, your health and fortune. Spells mean different things to different people; desired changes span every degree of areas including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The spell you choose will reflect to the universe what you are ready to work through and change.

The Healings below came to me through Archangel Raphael. He came and sat with me and guided me through these healings to give you in the time of need.
Archangel Raphael told me once that Healings are the things that Humans crave for. We often do not realise that Healings are always happening all over our body all the time and that our ‘inner Catalysts’ are working away in a gear that our bodies do not record by telling us we are healing. The ability for our body to heal physically doesn’t mean that we are healed, and therefore our existence is perfectly tuned. The purpose of the human existence is not to just heal physically, but requires us to do the ground work for the emotional and the part of ourselves that contributes to the human psyche. That is our overall self. We are not just a physically in need of healing, but our spirit, or our Chakra/Aura, but the parts of ourselves that we want to hide, the parts of ourselves that we show and the parts of ourselves that bare to all.
Following are two types of healings that have come through from He Who Heals Like God; A White Light Healing (with preamble discussion) and a Chakra and Aura Healing.
The White Light Healing is an overall healing for each physical part of your body. White light will always travel through you, but its presence will merely be altered by your own perception of your own reality. For example, the more pain, sorrow and fear you have, the less the white light can occupy the cloudiness. Means the more the imbalance of you have the more imbalances your soul will bring into and hold onto.
We are not angelic creatures, just a being made up of millions of atomic particles in a mass – in simple terms, your mass counts, means, in white lighting your whole body without a smidge of dirt is an imbalance & all bodies need balance.
Dirt is a representation of Earth but of also the things or experiences in your life that you live/d with. It means your life is not pure, but it is purely yours, so remember that dirt is a representation of you and your physical sense of presence.
STEP 1 - Stand up
STEP 2 - Walk to a mirror and say:
I am GOOD for myself
I love MYSELF
I believe in MYSELF
STEP 3 - Sit down and get comfortable in your seat
STEP 4 - In your mind look at each part of your body from your toes to the top of my head and once you have pictures your body as a whole, Say out aloud and say it with love and intent – I am clearing myself and the energies around me that are blocking me from making decisions. I am clearing the energies around me that are blocking my feelings and stopping me from feeling love and compassion for myself and of others. I am clearing the feelings that have caused me pain, sorrow and fear
Step 5 - Then say I am now washing the love and compassion I have for myself and others over my body. Please include each part of the body, here below is a guide to cross off of each of the body that you can use, but generally, it is a visual guide so it will give you an idea – for example, the toes are separate from the foot, but are the physical connectors to the ground that gives us balance, hence why I would use toes as well as the feet, but that is up to you – your Guardian Angels will know that the healing refers to your feet – which includes your toes. This also goes to the hand, like using the fingers and then the hand or if you say the hand, your Guides will know it is the overall package. It is completely up to you.
STEP 6 - Say:
I now place a smidge of dirt on my physical body, this will help ground you – and bring you into balance. The dirt is important as it will also connect you with earth as well as light. Importantly, you will need to balance yourself to Earths plane as well as your overall self. This if not done will not cause harm, but you will need grounding as this is a grounding technique guided by my Archangels.
STEP 7 - Drink a glass of water. This will help your body’s natural balance to its own centre. Meaning, water is what you nearly all of, and connecting with it will help you balance it not only from a physical perspective but from a cellular level.
This is for either a chakra or aura healing – just use the word that applies to the healing. It can also be used for both at the same time.
Say:
I am with myself, I love myself, I am good for myself, I now surround my aura and chakras with all the colours on this universal plane. I now surround myself with white light on myself. I now surround myself with a smidge of dirt. I now am of light, love and peacefulness.
Just relax and breathe and inside your mind,
Say:
I am now at peace and healed.
Stay seated for a few minutes after the healing. After that, stand up and move forward with your day.
Aura and chakra is within Healings instead of Readings because the goal in connecting with the guides and guardian angels in providing you with an aura and chakra reading is to help you work through your energy in the healing process. By focusing on the experiences that your aura is demonstrating, an aura reading provides methods you can use to help heal yourself from experiences that are affecting your life.
You may request a healing for your chakra or aura. The chakra being the spiritual connection that runs all over your body. These are Healing points located in certain parts of your body. The Aura is the overall energy of the body which both are represented by all the colours in the colour spectrum. Each part of our body emits a different level of vibration because each cell is designed to introduce its own type of energy level. It’s when we feel stressed, traumatised, loved, at peace, feeling unwell or wishing to regain inner balance that our energies change.
Our Aura is the colour around our body and the chakra is the colour of the energy on our body. This is breaking it down to the physical. But generally, it is about the bodies amplifying its own energy level at different parts of the body. The body understands more than we can imagine and its function means it can absorb our stress and our understanding. Our body reacts and so does our energies around us. By tapping into the body’s energy we can begin to heal through our experiences and therefore heal our body.
The aura is the colourful essence surrounding every part of your body. It is a rainbow of magic that illuminates every inch around your body and it’s vibration reflects your energetic vibration, i.e. the colour of your aura will show if you’re afraid, in love, calm, happy, peaceful or reflective. It reflects all of your emotions both overall and in separate areas of your body. So, the colour of your arm may vary from the colour of your leg, head or torso. Similarly to tarot, object and other readings, auras as a tool by which your body’s barometer is measured, can be used to provide a reading.
Each part of a person amplifies a different aura and if requested, separate auric readings for specific parts or areas are available. That is, a request for an aura reading for yourself will get an overall colour reading of you. However, you may request a reading of your arm, your leg or even your elbow. Each area or part of the body gives a different energetic vibration and hence, a different aura. Further to this, when internal or external change happens, our aura also changes, e.g. when experiencing pain our body reacts and this will be shown on an energetic level showing a change in that body parts aura.
Our visual association with auras is commonly of people in a rainbow coloured picture where peoples colours line up with each other. However, this is not always the case because each individual experience we have in our lives can alter the colours of our perfect aura. The aura readings I provide vary quite substantially as I take a snapshot of what the aura is of the experience, item, person or object that is being read in the moment. Your chakra varies quite significantly because it is the centre point of the vibration of the energy. Commonly depicted as a funnel, it is a spinning cone from many parts of the body. Your body produces the energy based on it combined with your experience. Vibrated from each part of the body, it then throws it out and takes in the energy around it and thus then populates your energy around you. This energy becomes your aura. We also take on other peoples energy as ther people can take ours, which changes our aura, energy and emotions. This can result in a toxic auric energetic vibration that unsettles us and clouds the energy around us and results in affecting others.
An Archtic Moon aura reading speaks of the energy at the time and this is what we as healers work with. When we face people daily we often feel their energy may be low or indeed high. By looking at an aura, I can provide a Healing for you to help work through your energy. I will be able to work with my guides and guardian angels to help cleanse or rebalance your aura or chakra.
My guides and guardian angels come through and will provide you with a reading of your aura and chakra. You may request a healing from your aura or chakra reading. In connection with my guides and guardian angels, I provide aura and chakra readings on several levels: I can provide a healing, working with your energetic field to see how your aura and chakra is affecting you. Then, an Archtic Moon healing working with your energy to provide you with messages about your aura and chakra. I may place my hands on you to connect with these points or I may provide a kind of 'polarity or hands-off' healing. I may also use crystals.
Alternatively, auric psychic art readings are available, using pastel to illustrate your aura or chakra energy. Messages from your guides and guardian angels are provided but these do not involve placing my hands on you or using crystals. Aura and chakra psychic art readings are available for any object requested. The exception is of another person, unless they are a child you have requested. There may be times where the energy of that person comes up in a reading but you cannot request an aura and chakra healing or psychic art picture of another person without their consent.
As part of my services, I provide healings. These can be carried out remotely or in person. I will be where you are (whether physically or not) at the place and for the length of time requested by you. Please ensure that the space you choose will fit both you and me and my healing table.

A healing is a form of a reading in that my guides and guardian angels come through and provide a healing for you as well as a reading. Healing guides and catalysts come through and provide messages about where and what they see in front of you, for you, your body and any areas that come through that need healing.
Generally I would use Reiki and a technique that comes through which I call Archtic Healing. This technique is where Archangel Raphael comes through and provides the reading. He does not hold any punches and is quite clear about his messages. Archangel Raphael is generally the main angel that comes through to me in a reading. However, it depends on the message being delivered as to who will deliver it. The technique requires me to place my hands on you and connect with the parts of your body that signal a healing flag.
I may use tools such as crystals in healings. Generally however, the healings involve a hands-on approach. I connect with my guides and guardian angels and often with yours to provide messages about the state of your body’s condition. I do this by focusing on the body’s functions and extremities.

Psychic counselling can cover many aspects – from learning to understand your gifts, to assisting you with spirit whom you feel is with you cannot leave, from helping you to resolve what your fears/thoughts are about your gifts to what you see as a concern in working with your guides and guardian angels. This service can be offered individually or will form part of your healing/reading. I will connect with your guides & guardian angels whom will you will be communicating with in this reading who will talk with you about your fears, concerns & abilities. They are there to help you work with your spirit & who are there for you – not to hurt you, but to help you clarify your position in yourself and your life.
Your guides and guardian angels will come through to provide you with healing messages and guidance to help you work through and heal you from your addiction. Addictions include alcohol, food, nicotine smoking and drugs. The messages may include strategies that will assist you through your thought and feeling processes; how your body responds to the changes to your behaviour in no longer continuing that addiction, to maintaining that pathway of no further habits you previously undertook. The healings also include helping you to realign your energies, including your chakra and aura so you can help yourself clear your energy when working through triggers that result in “YOU” retracing your steps in taking up the behaviour again.
During a healing, I will also offer phrases that you can use on your own after the session, to work on various areas that come through in the session as needing healing.
