A Meditation by Archangel Michael
Take a seat and feel your eyes close, take about three deep breaths and just relax. Making them calm and soothing, feel the gentle breeze of air flow over your skin. Feel yourself drift away as you gently breathe in and out. Feel your arms weak and your shoulders weaken. Feel your torso relax and then your pelvis.
Feel then your legs start to relax and you knees surrender to the force of holding themselves up. Relax and feel your ankles, just relax.
Just keep breathing, slow and steady. Feel your body relax all over and feel the gentleness of your body.
Feel yourself moving through each breath you take. Make sure you relax your breathing so that you do not fall asleep, but in a relaxed state that you are still awake, but just feeling peacefulness. You will know this because all you can feel is your own breathing.
Your eyes are closed and you are an open valley filled with your favourite flower, next to a gently moving stream just moving over the pebbles, you can hear the water move over the rocks.
You’re seeing the sun shine and your favourite bird is in the tree. You look at the water and your eyes take you to a pond where you see a Bright White Swan, sitting gently on the water.
You look again and you realise it is you seeing yourself in the pond, you gently paddling away in the water. You are your favourite Bird and you realise you are also the Beautiful White Swan in the Pond at the end of the stream. You look up, and the waves move closer to you, out of the pond they come and move towards you, gently, coming closer to you. You are not in any pain or hold any fear for the water.
The water stops near your feet, you feel okay, you feel safe and relaxed.
The water touches you and you turn into that Big Beautiful White Swan. That was just another swan in the Pond, looking at you. You see it is okay to look at the Swan, Initially, you thought it may have been you, but really, it wasn’t, until you got closer that you realised it was your love for yourself, kept away at a distance so you only just look onto your life, not connect with your own truth.
My wings are Majestic, they are all the colours of the Rainbow and I feel okay with myself. I feel good about my life and my Wings are always my own love surrounding me.
I see the Swan and I am me again. But I am still the colours of the Rainbow. I feel okay about myself you say, and you gently see the swan leave you, your favourite bird leave you, the stream and pond disappear and your meadow goes. You are standing in your own rainbow.
You say to yourself that you are good with your heart and your pain is just the love that keeps me from beginning my life. So I will leave it and become okay with myself. I do not need to have my love for myself away from me and kept at a distance.
I feel now I am in the room, I feel okay and good about sitting here and that I can hear my own breaths again. I am now breathing gently and feel myself being a part of the surroundings and my own body. I like my life and feel good about it and now I wish to be with myself and love my spirit like the Swan loved me. It was me that Swan, and now I am with myself.
You say, to yourself, I am now here and with my life and then open your eyes. Take a few minutes before you get up and move. Just let your body relax before you move from your seat.
